In Europe, life is enjoyed at a slower pace. There is always time tomorrow . . . because life is all about family and friends. To live is to laugh. To laugh is to love. And the best way to cherish these moments with family and friends is over great food and drink in a great setting: To laugh, to be cherished, to reconnect with your favorite people and celebrate life’s unique little pleasures.
It’s A Way Of Life Here
The sights and sounds of Old Europe are evident throughout all of Chicago. If you wander into the old neighborhoods, you see the values that made this country great. At European Chalet Banquets, we strive to recreate Old Europe’s warmth and charm, nestled in our own neatly tucked away corner of the world.
To be honest, we didn’t exactly invent good service, or a romantically elegant European tradition. But it was the vision of our family patriarch who came from Europe and created our own unique niche in Chicago. Thanks to him, that tradition and European ethic is yours for the day as the buzz of excitement mixes with conversation and good cheer. We love seeing people’s eyes widen as they discover the happy truth about us: European is a way of life here . . . not some marketing scheme. Our passion carries through every detail, and your happiness becomes our reward.
It’s What Sets Us Apart
What else separates us from the rest? We have a real chef and we use fresh ingredients and recipes that call for cooking from scratch. Sure, it’s a bit more work, but the results are more than worth it! We offer you a real maitre ‘d for your event. You’ll know who to turn to, and someone who will know all the details of your event. It’s just like the old country, where neighbors served neighbors, and somehow simply knew what was right . . . and then took care of doing everything that way, to your liking. At your pace. To your own internal clock. With the utmost of focus on details that will make all the difference to you – and your most discriminating guests.
Why do all of that? It’s our heritage; we’re perfectionists because it’s in our blood. And we’re happy to oblige.
