Dear John and Staff,
We had our wedding reception at European Chalet on April 28th of this year, and wanted to thank you for an amazing night that will dance on in our memories forever. Everything was perfect, the food, the service and curteous staff. From the momment our guests walked in the door, until they said goodnight, they had nothing but compliments! The staff took care of everyone, and everything with incredible grace, and heartfelt smiles. We didn't have a worry that night. The bartender, Joe, was funny, polite, warm, and excellent at what he does. All your hard work pulled everything together, the decorations were gorgeous, and the favors were in the right places. The room looked amazing. The food was some of the best we have ever tasted, don't tell mom! The cake not only looked incredible, it was delicious. The whole night was wirlwind, whimsical, and a fairy tale. You and your staff made it all happen with great ease. We heard nightmares about wedding planning, and disasters, and had none of that. We love the straight forward approach. John and Suzana, you were so helpful and such a pleasue to work with. With a few meetings, a couple of phone calls, and everything was taken care of. We love European Chalet and all its staff, you have our highest praises, we thank you immensly.
